Description: perennial (1/2 – 2 ft.) with flat-topped inflorescences of white flowers and fern-like, aromatic green foliage. Good dried flower. Yarrow also attracts beneficial insects to the garden. Yarrow swiftly, sometimes aggressively, covers ground. Good lawn substitute. Deciduous in winter. Sun/part sun, low water (drought tolerant), poor soil.
